Crosby Insurance Group Employee Earns Accreditation
Mount Pleasant, SC --- Katy Wilkins of Crosby Insurance Group has earned the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) professional designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Wilkins has worked with Crosby Insurance Group as a benefit analyst for 13 years. She has a bachelor degree in financial management from Clemson University.
"Katy has done an exceptional job with our clients and I'm certain that the RHU accreditation she recently received will allow us to better serve more individuals and businesses throughout the Lowcountry," said Rick Crosby, president of Crosby Insurance Group.
The RHU program was established in 1979 to raise professional standards and improve the methods of selling and servicing disability income and health insurance. The subject matter covered by the program includes group and individual health insurance, managed care and other health insurance topics. Candidates must fulfill stringent experience and ethics requirements. Wilkins is among an elite group of insurance professionals awarded the RHU designation from the college.
